We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to evaluate the product and initiate a return if needed.

Enjoy free return shipping on eligible returns. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at no additional cost.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

The product must not be used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

All original accessories and documents must be included.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at help@wornwellhub.co.in within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and the reason for return.

We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incomplete.

In some cases, unboxing video verification may be required as per our instructions.
Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and authorization.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the returned product to avoid damage during return transit.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.

To cancel, log into your account and select the “Cancel Order” option for the respective order.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned as per the return policy.
