Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wornwell Hub, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Return requests received after 5 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products received

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for used or customer-damaged products.

General Returns

Customers may return eligible products within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect product was received.
  • The customer no longer wants the product.
  • The customer wishes to exchange the product for another size or variant (subject to availability).

Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at help@wornwellhub.co.in within 5 days of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID and product images

  3. Our team will review and approve your request

After approval, we will arrange a return pickup.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Products damaged by customers
• Customized or personalized products
• Products returned without original packaging

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns can be requested as per policy

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return transit.
