Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wornwell Hub, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers can request a return within this period if eligible.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect products received

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for used or customer-damaged products.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@wornwellhub.co.in within 5 days of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID and product images

  3. Our team will review and approve your request

After approval, we will arrange a return pickup.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect items.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns can be requested as per policy


Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during return transit.
